Use the Eisenhower Decision Matrix to Manage Your Time
Lists all the work to be done, and do not miss the time-consuming task, but it does not matter.
The second step is to consider and arrange the work on one of the following 4 items:
★★★★ Urgent and important (tasks you will do immediately).
★★★ Important, but not urgent (tasks you will schedule to do later).
★★ Urgent, but not important (tasks you will delegate to someone else).
★ Neither urgent nor important (tasks that you will eliminate).
The end goal of the matrix is to help you filter the noise from your decisions and concentrate on what really matters. If you don't feel like mapping that out with a pen and paper
